The Word of God in Romans 8:28 says “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”
When I won the iPad last September 2010, it occurred to me that God is preparing a ministry that would require such device. At the time, I can’t imagine what it is. However, as days pass by, the iPad presented itself as a super handy tool during those idle times, like waiting for my wife as she travels from work to our meeting place before we head home. At such times I can pull the iPad and write down notes on plans for the Media Ministry, the Come to the Father (Rewind) musical play, etc… It became so easy to read the PMBoK Guide along with software programming-related whitepapers/articles/eBooks that further my skills. Listening to podcasts and watching videos on demand became so entertaining. On top of that, my kids love to play with the iPad.
All these because of the one device that God allowed to be on my custody. It’s like God allowed this *free* experience to enable me and my loved ones increase in know-how that will ultimately bring back glory/honor/praise to God.
I really thank God for this wonderful opportunity that even at work I have gained fundamental experience before officially handling a software (mobile app) project based on the same technology as the iPad.
Lord you are truly amazing! Thanks so much! May you find me a good steward of this iPad. Amen!
